About the role

Shan Dental is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join its team in Chattogram Sadar. This full‑time, on‑site position supports dental professionals in delivering high‑quality patient care within a modern office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection‑control protocols.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and managing materials.
• Take and develop dental radiographs as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts after each appointment.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical guidelines.
• Good communication skills and a patient‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced office setting.
