About the role
Montrims Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager – Compliance to lead compliance initiatives at its Kaliakair office. This full‑time position reports to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct third‑party and buyer audits to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify compliance gaps.
- Prepare and deliver clear communication and reporting on audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
- Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills.
- Proven experience handling third‑party and buyer audits.
