About the role

Agile Minds Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager – Corporate Sales to drive the growth of its corporate client portfolio and spearhead enterprise sales initiatives throughout Bangladesh. The role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to large organisations.

Key responsibilities

Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate customers across diverse industry sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing, product and finance teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) – minimum.
MBA preferred.
2–6 years of proven experience in corporate or enterprise sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts.
