About the role
Ashiyan Group is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing to work from its Dhaka office. This full‑time position reports to senior leadership and offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing outcomes.
- Assist senior management in strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
- Willingness to work on‑site in an office environment.
