About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager to lead business development for our pharmaceutical and medical product portfolios across Bangladesh. This full‑time, office‑based position will drive revenue growth and shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

Achieve assigned revenue targets for pharma and medical products.
Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies for product portfolios.
Negotiate and close key commercial deals throughout Bangladesh.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Zoology, Pharmacy, or a BBA/MBA with a technical focus.
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical markets.
