ERP Functional Expert (Odoo)

About the role

Inovi Solutions is seeking an ERP Functional Expert specialized in Odoo to join its collaborative team in Banani. You will work on Odoo 17/18 implementations, ensuring functional alignment with business processes and delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Odoo modules (sales, purchase, inventory, finance) to meet client requirements.
• Gather and analyse functional specifications, translate them into system designs, and validate outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with Rootstock Financials.
• Provide functional testing, user training, and post‑implementation support.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in ERP functional roles, preferably with Odoo.
• Bachelor of Science (Pass) and/or Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Odoo 17/18 functional expertise.
• Rootstock Financials functional knowledge.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) or SAFe certification.
