About the role
The company is seeking an Executive to support its Collection & Recovery Operations across multiple locations in Bangladesh. This role combines office‑based analysis with field‑based activities, offering a performance‑driven career path.
Key responsibilities
- Manage collection and recovery processes for assigned accounts.
- Conduct field visits to assess debtor situations and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
