Executive Director - Land & Legal

About the role

The Executive Director - Land & Legal will lead the land and legal functions of Florentia Real Estates Ltd., based in Uttara. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for shaping strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding the organization’s land‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for land management and acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee all legal matters related to real estate projects, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure that the company’s operations adhere to Bangladesh laws and relevant statutes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the legal team to deliver high‑quality legal services.
• Collaborate with other departments to align land acquisition, development, and legal strategies.

Required profile

• 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in land management, real estate, or legal leadership.
• Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Land Management, LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is an advantage.
