You will lead the creation of strategic learning initiatives and culture‑driven programs that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programs aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging learning content, workshops, and training sessions.
• Design and drive culture development initiatives to foster employee engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to assess training needs and measure impact.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning and culture projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end project timelines and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (BBA or MBA).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in learning, development, or culture projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and organizational development.
