Field Facilitator, Early Childhood Development

About the role

The Field Facilitator will support early childhood development programmes in the Teknaf and Ukhia areas. Working under the HCMP project, the role focuses on delivering quality services to young children and their families, ensuring programme objectives are met. The position is office‑based with regular field visits to monitor activities and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing early childhood activities and learning sessions.
• Monitor child attendance, progress and wellbeing, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Coordinate with community volunteers, caregivers and local partners to promote participation.
• Maintain accurate records of programme delivery and resource usage.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving curriculum and outreach strategies.
• Facilitate parent‑child interaction sessions to strengthen early learning environments.
• Organize community events to raise awareness about the importance of early childhood development.

Required profile

• Graduation from any discipline of a UGC‑approved university or institute.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in community work or early childhood settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work in remote field settings.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
