Head of Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships and marketing, driving new revenue streams for a fast‑growing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
• Identify, negotiate and secure partnerships with brands, agencies and media platforms.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage brand collaboration projects.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and digital‑marketing insights to shape business strategy.
• Mentor, coach and lead the Business Development team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience, preferably in a marketing or media agency.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong professional network within Bangladesh’s marketing and media landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Bachelor’s or BBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
