About the role
The Head of Collection for Retail, Cards & Small Business Loan will lead the collection function within Mutual Trust Bank PLC, overseeing the management of retail, card, and small business loan portfolios.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in collections, retail banking, cards or small business loan management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a UGC‑approved university with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA at any stage.
- JAIBB/AIBB certification is an added advantage.
