About the role

The leading commercial bank is seeking a Head of Legal Division to lead its legal department. The position is based anywhere in Bangladesh and is a full‑time office role.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the bank’s legal division.

Required profile

Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience.
LLB (Honors) and LLM from a recognized university, with no 3rd class at any academic level.
Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is mandatory.
