HR & Compliance Executive

About the role

The HR & Compliance Executive will support the company's human resources operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This full‑time position is based in the office at Uttara and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
• Maintain compliance documentation and monitor adherence to labor laws.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with other departments to address HR‑related queries.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or compliance functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
