About the role
Join a multidisciplinary team on a water infrastructure project, supporting institutional development and training to ensure successful project delivery and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist client units in implementing institutional development activities, creating and monitoring a detailed plan.
- Manage and coordinate inputs from consultancies, individuals, and firms involved in the project.
- Develop and help deliver a comprehensive training plan for project staff.
- Maintain liaison with the client to achieve project goals and provide feedback to the PMU.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and report on monitoring, evaluation, and presentations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the client.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of international management experience, with proven expertise in organizational development and training.
- Experience working on donor‑funded projects.
