IT & MIS Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

JCX Developments Ltd. is embarking on a digital transformation journey and seeks a dynamic leader to head its IT infrastructure and MIS functions. The role will drive ERP implementation across the organization and oversee all digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Plan and execute ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Manage digital transformation projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee MIS reporting and data analytics to support decision‑making.
• Ensure system security, availability, and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT management and ERP projects.
• Professional certifications such as ERP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, or Information Security are preferred.
