About the role

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer to join the faculty of BGC Trust Medical College in Chandanaish. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate medical education to MBBS students, contributing to the academic excellence of the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures and tutorials for MBBS courses.
• Develop teaching materials, case studies and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments and practical assessments.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and academic committees.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

Required profile

• MBBS degree meeting the academic and professional standards of the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Post‑graduate qualification in a relevant medical subject is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of teaching or clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage students.
