About the role

We are seeking a Legal Officer to join our leading commercial bank in Bangladesh. The role involves providing legal support and ensuring compliance across all banking operations.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Provide legal advice on banking regulations and compliance matters.
Represent the bank in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel.
Monitor changes in legislation and advise on risk mitigation.

Required profile

LLB (Honors) and LLM from a recognized university.
No 3rd class results at any academic level.
Minimum of 3 years relevant legal experience, preferably in banking.
