Legal Officer – License & Corporate Affairs

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Officer to join our License & Corporate Affairs team at Alfamart Trading Bangladesh Ltd. based in Uttara. This full‑time, office‑based position is ideal for recent law graduates looking to start their professional career and gain practical experience in legal, licensing and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the legal department in handling licensing matters and corporate affairs, ensuring all activities comply with local regulations.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and filing legal documents and contracts under the guidance of senior counsel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, conduct basic legal research, and help maintain corporate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Master of Law (LLM) from a reputable university.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or a fresh graduate eager to develop a legal career.
• Strong academic background in law with good analytical abilities.
