About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee property maintenance across our facilities in Bangladesh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. You will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and maintain records of work performed.

Required profile

Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
Previous hands‑on experience in property maintenance, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Soft skills: good communication, problem‑solving aptitude, and organizational abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training are preferred.
