Management Trainee Officer - Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer in the Accounts department of PRAN Group, based in Natore, Rajshahi. This full‑time, office‑based position is designed for recent MBA graduates who want to start a professional career in finance and accounting, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior accountants in daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and the preparation of accurate financial statements.
• Support the compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in internal and external audit processes, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Help maintain and reconcile bank statements, cash flow records, and other accounting ledgers.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities under the guidance of the finance team.

Required profile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Accounting & Information Systems, Finance or Finance & Banking.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience, internships or academic projects in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
