Manager, Training Sales & Business Development

About the role

PMASPIRE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead retail and corporate training sales across the SAARC and APAC regions. You will drive the promotion and sale of PMP®, Sales and PMO certification programs, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new corporate and retail clients for training and certification programs.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions to client needs.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of proven experience in sales, business development or training sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Based in Dhaka and able to work from the office.
