About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to lead its Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services within the Rohingya Refugee Camp in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. You will oversee clinic set‑up, manage daily clinical care, and ensure high‑quality emergency and primary health services for the camp population.

Key responsibilities

Manage all PHCC/SRH activities, including staff recruitment, supply logistics, and outreach services.
Assist with the design and layout of new clinics, establishing guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Lead the PHCC/SRH team, coordinating with mobile health teams and midwives to deliver clinical care.
Provide direct patient care, addressing both emergency and routine primary health needs.
Contribute to the improvement of existing health programs and monitor service quality.
