National Sales Manager (NSM)

About the role

The National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and performance of Crunchis Foods & Seasonings Ltd. across Bangladesh. Reporting to senior leadership, the NSM will oversee market development, customer relationships and revenue growth nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national sales plan aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the food and seasoning market.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and report results to management.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure market fit and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (BBA required).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food or consumer goods sector.
• Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi market and distribution channels.
• Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team.
• MBA is considered an advantage.
