About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our office in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and delivering high‑quality service in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Key responsibilities

Oversee operational processes and ensure they align with company standards.
Coordinate with various teams to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
Manage budgets, resources and schedules to meet organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Tourism & Hospitality, Operations Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
6 to 12 years of relevant operational experience.
Proven ability to lead teams in an office environment.
