Operations & Sales Manager – Aesthetic

About the role

The Operations & Sales Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities and drive sales growth for our aesthetic services. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless service delivery while expanding the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic department, ensuring quality standards and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to align promotional activities with service offerings.
• Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration or Management.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in operations or sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
