Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will lead the daily operations of an E‑Voucher food assistance outlet, ensuring that commodities are accurately accounted for and beneficiaries receive their entitlements on time. This position works within World Vision’s Refugee Crisis Response, collaborating closely with staff, volunteers, and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the outlet team, volunteers and porters, ensuring compliance with program standards and ration scales.
• Develop and implement a detailed implementation plan (DIP) for outlet activities.
• Manage commodity receipt, verification, and daily transaction reporting.
• Coordinate beneficiary sensitisation, mobilisation plans and ensure beneficiaries understand their food entitlements.
• Maintain and review beneficiary lists in partnership with WFP.
• Prepare accurate daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑distribution meetings, and represent the outlet in Camp Coordination and Food Security & Livelihood sector meetings.
• Collaborate with CiC, SM, protection sector, other NGOs, and community leaders.
• Respond to natural disaster or emergency situations anywhere in Bangladesh as required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in challenging environments, including disaster or emergency settings.
• Strong ability to supervise staff, volunteers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with community leaders, NGOs and program managers.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
