About the role
The Patient Care Attendant (PCA) supports nursing staff in delivering high‑quality care to patients at Asgar Ali Hospital. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with patients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and common areas.
- Transport patients safely between departments as required.
- Document patient observations accurately in hospital records.
Required profile
- SSC or HSC education (minimum secondary school qualification).
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or patient‑care setting.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
