Procurement Associate

About the role

The Procurement Associate will support the acquisition of goods and services essential for the project that aims to improve literacy, trade, and employability skills for Rohingya adolescents and youth. Working from the office, you will ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement while adhering to organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with project requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage documentation.
• Negotiate terms and prices to achieve best value for the organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).
• 4 to 6 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
