Product Development Merchandiser

About the role

LEGACY CREST DMCC, a USA‑based buying house, is seeking a proactive Product Development Merchandiser to join its office in Khilkhet. The role focuses on managing the full product development cycle and ensuring that sample development meets the timelines required by USA buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete product development (PD) process from concept to sample delivery.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to communicate specifications, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Track sample progress and ensure timely delivery for USA buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of development stages, costs, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal buying and design teams to align product specifications with market needs.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or a related supply‑chain role.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
