Regional Manager – Surgical and Neuroscience

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead Medtronic’s Surgical and Neuroscience portfolio across Bangladesh, driving commercial activities, customer engagement and revenue growth. The position is based in Dhaka and operates in a remote work environment with regular domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of nine sales professionals to meet regional revenue and market share targets.
• Execute territory‑wide sales strategies aligned with portfolio growth goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement programmes to expand portfolio adoption.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and create action plans to accelerate growth.
• Partner with marketing, clinical and operational teams to support customer needs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 9+ years experience, or Associate’s Degree with 7+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years.
• Minimum 3+ years of people‑management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Proven success leading sales teams in surgical, neuroscience, medical device or healthcare technology markets.
• Experience managing large health‑system or hospital accounts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of capital equipment, procedural products or advanced therapeutic technologies used in surgical or neurological care.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and develop market‑positioning strategies.
