Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Al- Rowson Air International in Dhaka. The successful candidate will support the growth of our airline services by promoting our brand, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Identify and engage potential corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
