About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Salt Consumer & Bulk business across multiple locations in Bangladesh. The position is full‑time, office‑based and reports directly to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the salt consumer and bulk segments.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust plans to maintain competitiveness.
- Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure product availability in Bogura, Cumilla, Dhaka, Gazipur, Manikganj, Mymensingh, Narayanganj, Noakhali, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Sylhet and Tangail.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management.
Required profile
- 10 to 12 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary between Tk. 60,000 and Tk. 70,000.
