Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to lead our paid search initiatives. You will design, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SEM/PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research and align targeting with user search intent.
• Develop and adjust bid strategies while overseeing daily budget allocations.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives align with broader business goals.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of hands‑on experience in SEM/PPC management.
• Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem and latest paid‑search trends.
