Security Guard

About the role

The Security Guard will protect the premises of Momtahina Food & Oil Mills, ensuring the safety of assets, staff and visitors. This full‑time position can be based at any of the company’s locations across Bangladesh and involves regular shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the facility and monitor CCTV systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Control access points, verify identification and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergencies, including evacuation procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Support the security team in maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in security, guard services, or a related field.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional demeanor.
