About the role
The Senior Executive – Human Resources will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance management for the Accessories Division in Narayanganj. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures organisational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including KPI setting and reviews.
- Handle industrial relations issues and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management – preferred.
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience.
