Senior Executive / Junior Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

About the role

Beacon Group is looking for a motivated finance professional to join the team in Dhaka as a Senior Executive or Junior Assistant Manager. The role focuses on managing finance and accounts functions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university with at least a 3.00 CGPA.
• CA (CC) qualification from a recognized chartered accountancy firm is preferred; candidates with CA Certificate level examinations will be given priority.
