Senior Fashion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design of our baby‑wear collections in Shyampur. This full‑time, office‑based position reports to the Design Manager and works closely with product development, merchandising and production teams to turn market insights into creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fashion concepts, sketches and technical drawings that reflect current trends and brand identity.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, from initial idea through sample creation and final approval.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers and production staff to ensure designs are feasible, cost‑effective and meet quality standards.
• Maintain design archives and update product specifications as needed.

Required profile

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in fashion design, preferably in children’s or baby wear.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
