About the role
The Senior HR & Compliance Officer will lead human resources and compliance activities for the knit, woven and sweater divisions of Brickland Composite Ltd. This full‑time position is based in Rupganj and requires 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent management for the knit, woven and sweater production units.
- Ensure adherence to labour regulations, safety standards and internal compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and performance management processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Management or Industrial Relations.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or compliance functions.
