Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

Jist Industrial Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead its Sales & Marketing function in Dhaka. The role involves shaping the overall sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring effective execution of initiatives across the organization. The manager will work closely with senior leadership to align market activities with business objectives and will be accountable for delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed.
• Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing from a reputable university (preferred).
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
