Senior Merchandiser – Baby & Children Apparel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to lead the development and management of our baby and children’s apparel collections for the Bangladesh market. You will be responsible for aligning product offerings with local consumer trends and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full product lifecycle of baby and children’s clothing lines.
• Plan and execute merchandising strategies based on market analysis and consumer insights.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product launches.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust assortments to maximize profitability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local fashion trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of merchandising experience, preferably in apparel.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Bangladesh retail market for children’s apparel.
