About the role
Coordinate end‑to‑end new product development activities from concept through launch, ensuring product quality, cost‑effectiveness, timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead NPD projects from idea generation to market introduction.
- Monitor product quality, cost targets and delivery schedules throughout development.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
