Senior Officer, Data Analyst

About the role

Avery Dennison is hiring a Senior Officer, Data Analyst in Dhaka. The role bridges Customer Service and Operations: it drives sales and payment progress, manages order fulfillment metrics, optimizes daily operations through process improvements and provides performance reporting so business targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, track and communicate daily, weekly and monthly payment and sales plans, with regular progress updates to the team.
• Work with the CS team on the Freeze Plan and share it with Operations Planners, and monitor delivery lead time against customer request date lead time according to OOH guidelines.
• Collaborate with CS on CRD revisions by capacity to maintain and achieve the flexibility target.
• Present weekly and monthly progress reports covering sales, productivity, flexibility, FG conversion, freeze plan conversion, CRD accuracy, payment vs CRD, CS error rates and CS load management.
• Prepare data and presentations for periodic performance reviews with the CS line managers.
• Conduct monthly Gemba walks and operational audits of the CS team and Operations Planners to ensure adherence to SOP metrics.
• Partner with CS to identify and implement automation solutions that remove order processing bottlenecks.
• Facilitate daily or ad-hoc alignment calls, manage database mapping based on KPI and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst or Reporting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
