About the role
HomeLink Real Estate Ltd is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive flat sales in a land‑sharing based real‑estate environment. The role focuses on generating leads, negotiating deals, and supporting the growth of our property portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers for flat units.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales agreements.
- Prepare and present sales reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up communications.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in land‑sharing flat projects.
- Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Educational background: Master of Business Studies (MBS) or equivalent.
