About the role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will also act as Team Lead for our AI‑driven products and digital platforms. You will shape the visual and interaction experience of cutting‑edge solutions while guiding a small design team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the UI/UX strategy for AI‑based products and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that align with product goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure design feasibility.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate junior designers, fostering a creative and user‑centric culture.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Proven track record of leading design teams or projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI or digital platform projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
