About the role

We are looking for a full‑time teacher to deliver the Bengali version of our curriculum at the Bhairab branch of Gazipur Shahin Cadet Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting classes, assessing student progress and supporting the overall educational mission of the academy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons in the assigned subject(s) following the Bengali curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments and oral assessments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to improve teaching methods.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and school events as required.

Required profile

• Graduation (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in the relevant subject area.
• Strong command of the Bengali language.
• Ability to communicate concepts clearly to students.
• Willingness to work full‑time at the Bhairab location.
