Special Educator

About the role

Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Special Educator to join our team in Dhanmondi. The role involves delivering tailored educational support to children with special needs, ensuring their academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special educational needs.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and educational strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Special Education or related field.
• Master of Education (M.Ed) in Special Education is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in special education.
• Relevant certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Relevant certification (preferred).
