Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (Garments Trims, Accessories & Packaging)

About the role

Montrims Limited is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead its Marketing and Sales activities for garments trims, accessories and packaging. The role will be based in the Dhaka/Gazipur office and focuses on driving market growth and managing client relationships within the textile accessories sector. The position is full‑time and office‑based, reporting to senior management and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for garments trims, accessories and packaging products, including market research and campaign planning.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate contracts and maintain key accounts.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform product positioning.
• Maintain and expand the client portfolio through regular visits and relationship management.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accessories, trims and packaging marketing.
• Strong understanding of the textile and garment accessories market.
