Sr. Manager - Finance & Audit

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Finance and Audit functions at our Chattogram office. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and deep expertise in tax, VAT, and corporate law compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee internal audit processes and ensure financial compliance across the organization.
• Manage tax and VAT reporting in line with local regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate policies.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on financial strategy and risk management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA or ACMA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, audit, and compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience handling tax/VAT regulations and corporate legal requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
