About the role
The Senior Officer/Assistant Manager – Trade Operations will oversee distributor activities, manage trade claims and incentives, and support sales teams. This role ensures compliance with company policies while driving operational efficiency and accurate data handling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage distributor operations and onboarding processes.
- Handle trade claims, incentives, and related documentation.
- Provide sales support and ensure seamless execution of trade processes.
- Maintain accurate data records and generate relevant reports.
- Monitor policy compliance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in trade operations or related fields.
